To use
my equipment more frequently and to be ready to stargaze
within twenty minutes it's clear that an observatory
is the right solution.
With this configuration I can imaging if the satellite
images indicates that I may have less than two
or three hours of clear sky. The observatory eliminates
the need to setup everything each time you
imaging and increasing your productivity
because your equipment stay parked between two sessions.
To focus on the CCD imaging it's necessary to reach
the maximum efficiency and flexibility of this observatory.
To do so there
are several objectives to reach:
- the observatory size will be enough
with x inch by x inch
- the observatory will house the telescope
and the control room in two separate places
- each room will
have to get the necessary plugs like computer
network and power supply
- the two rooms must be equipped with red
light for night vision
- a large window in the connecting wall
will give a view of the telescope during the operations
- the telescope will be placed under a fully
opening roll of roof with an electrical remote
system
- the control room can be heat with no atmospheric
perturbation on the telescope environment
- (automatic observation)
